Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days – Free on orders over 150$
• Free Standard Shipping (on orders over $59.00): 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch

New Zealand

• Shipping: $18.00, delivery typically within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch

International Shipping

• Shipping: $22.00, delivery typically within 7-21 business days from the date of dispatch

• For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and could delay delivery.

 

Duties and Taxes

• Additional Taxes: Any local taxes imposed by your country or state are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Return Fee: Failure to pay applicable taxes may result in the return of items to us. We will deduct a $45 fee from your refund to cover return shipping costs incurred from Australia Post.
• Delivery Requirements: Please ensure your shipping address can accommodate a courier delivery as a signature will be required upon receipt.

Pre-Orders

• Dispatch Date: The 'dispatch by' date provided for pre-orders is an estimate; items may ship before or after this date.
• Combined Orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the entire order once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Payment Methods

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other major credit cards.
• Payments are processed securely through our website. Orders are confirmed and processed upon payment verification.

Currency

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). For international orders, your bank or credit card issuer will apply the current exchange rate.
